Even on an online shelf, devoid of touch and physicality, the consumer will still get a sense of satisfaction, post-purchase albeit, when the package arrives and they find it's well designed and manufactured.
Therefore packaging solutions needs to have emotive, informative and physical qualities to reward the purchaser.
